By using pianomasterynow.com, opting in to watch the free training, or purchasing Piano Mastery Now, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance

Continued use of our site or services means you accept these terms. If not, do not proceed.

2. Services

• Free Training: Video Sales Letter (VSL) access via name/email opt-in.

• Piano Mastery Now Program and Website: Delivered via Skool.com and GoHighLevel, respectively.

3. Payment & Refunds

• Processed securely via Stripe

• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund if requested within 30 days of purchase

• For participants of the 12-pay option: Failed payments may result in suspended access

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your purchase details and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. This guarantee is void if you have accessed a significant portion of the program content (e.g., downloaded materials, attended coaching calls, or engaged extensively in the community), as determined in our sole discretion, to prevent abuse.

4. Account & Access

• You are responsible for your Skool.com login

• Do not share course access, videos, PDFs, or sheet music.

• Violation = immediate termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content (quests, videos, original sheet music, coaching) is created by Bill Walker and for use only in Piano Mastery Now. Original sheet music © Bill Walker Music Publishing and is used with permission for the benefit of Piano Mastery Now students.

• Students enrolled in Piano Mastery Now must purchase their own copy of any course material (i.e. sheet music) that has been copyrighted by others (i.e. movie scores, pop/rock songs, musical theater songs, etc.). Pirated sheet music will not be tolerated. Violation results in immediate termination without refund.

• Personal use only. No recording, redistribution, or commercial use.

6. Results Disclaimer

• We provide a proven system. Your results depend on your effort, consistency, and practice.

• No guarantees of specific musical proficiency or performance level.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Technical issues with Skool.com, GoHighLevel, or internet

• Indirect, consequential, or emotional damages

• Loss of progress due to non-use

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, with or without notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on pianomasterynow.com or by emailing you. The “Last Updated” date indicates when changes were made. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
