This Membership and Payment Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("Member" or "you") and Bill Walker Media Group, operating as Piano Mastery Now ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 8227 S 70th Dr, Laveen, AZ 85339. By purchasing a membership to Piano Mastery Now, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.

1. Program Description

Piano Mastery Now is an online piano mastery program providing lifetime access (upon full payment) to our Skool community, which includes comprehensive curriculum, group coaching calls, networking opportunities with other students, and direct access to instructors, including Bill Walker and any future coaches. All program content and benefits are delivered via the Skool platform.

2. Payment Options

You may choose one of the following payment plans:

• Single Payment Option: A one-time payment of $2,997 USD grants immediate lifetime access to all program benefits.

• 12-Month Payment Plan: Twelve (12) monthly payments of $293 USD each. Upon successful completion of all 12 payments, you will receive lifetime access to all program benefits. Payments are processed automatically via the payment method provided at checkout.

All payments are collected by Bill Walker Media Group and are non-transferable. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to ensure your satisfaction:

• For the Single Payment Option: If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days from your purchase date, you may request a full refund of $2,997 USD.

• For the 12-Month Payment Plan: If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days from your purchase date, you may request a refund of your first $293 USD payment only.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your purchase details and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. This guarantee is void if you have accessed a significant portion of the program content (e.g., downloaded materials, attended coaching calls, or engaged extensively in the community), as determined in our sole discretion, to prevent abuse.

4. Cancellation and Non-Refundable Payments (After 30 Days)

After the 30-day guarantee period:

• For the Single Payment Option: No cancellations or refunds are available, as full payment grants lifetime access.

• For the 12-Month Payment Plan: You may cancel future payments at any time by emailing [email protected] at least 5 business days before your next billing date. However, all payments made up to the cancellation date are considered earned and non-refundable. Your access to the program will cease immediately upon cancellation, and you will not be required to make remaining payments.

Important: Breaking Your Payment Commitment

By selecting the 12-Month Payment Plan, you commit to completing all 12 payments unless you cancel as described above. If you cancel after the 30-day period but before completing all payments, you forfeit any right to refunds for prior payments, and your access ends. For example: If you make 6 monthly payments ($293 x 6 = $1,758 USD) and then cancel, those 6 payments are fully earned by us, and you will have enjoyed full access to all program benefits for those 6 months. No refund will be issued for the $1,758 USD, your access will cease, and you will not owe the remaining 6 payments. This ensures fairness, as you receive value proportional to your payments. Continuing payments beyond cancellation or failing to notify us properly may result in continued billing, and you agree to pay any collection fees if applicable.

5. Billing and Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. You authorize recurring charges for the 12-Month Payment Plan. If a payment fails, we will attempt to reprocess it up to three times. Persistent failures may result in suspension of access until resolved. You are responsible for updating your payment information.

6. Access and Termination

Access begins upon successful first payment and continues as long as payments are current (for the 12-Month Plan) or indefinitely (upon full payment). We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of this Agreement, including non-payment or misuse of the community.
